Supported to Live, Empowered to Grow
Our Vision
To be recognised as a provider that truly understands and responds to participant needs, setting the standard for compassionate, quality disability support.
Our Mission
To deliver person-centred disability supports that empower participants to achieve their goals, enhance their quality of life, and participate fully in their communities
Who We Are
J&J Supports was founded on a simple but powerful belief: every person with a disability deserves support that enhances their quality of life, promotes independence, and respects their choices. We exist to empower participants to achieve their goals and live their best lives.
Our organisation was born from a unique combination of lived experience and professional expertise. Our founding insight comes directly from the journey of parenting a child with complex disabilities. This personal journey, combined with professional expertise as a Support Coordinator and NDIS Quality and Compliance Specialist, gives J&J Supports unique insight into what participants and families truly need. This dual background ensures we operate with the highest standards of NDIS compliance and are uniquely positioned to ensure your safety and peace of mind.
We are a dedicated NDIS provider based in Victoria, committed to delivering personalised care that is flexible, reliable, and entirely focused on the individual participant.
