Terms of Use
Last updated: 24 August 2026
This website is run by J&J Supports Pty Ltd (ABN 80 687 399 006), trading as J&J Supports. We're a registered NDIS provider based at 329A Point Nepean Road, Dromana VIC 3936. You can reach us on 1300 815 471 or at [email protected].
In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean J&J Supports. "You" means the person using this website or making an enquiry with us.
These Terms cover your use of this website. They also cover enquiries you send us and the general relationship between us before supports start. By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the website.
These Terms are not your service agreement
This is the most important thing on the page, so we'll say it plainly. If we deliver supports to you, that work is governed by a separate written service agreement. You sign it and we sign it. It sets out your supports, your hours, the prices, the notice periods and how either of us can end the arrangement.
Your service agreement comes first for anything to do with delivering supports. These Terms don't replace it, change it or override it. If something here conflicts with your signed service agreement, the service agreement applies.
Using this website
You can use this website for lawful purposes only. Please don't use it in a way that breaks the law, infringes someone else's rights, or interferes with how the site runs for other people. Please don't try to reach any part of the website, its servers or its connected systems that isn't open to the public.
Information here is general only
Everything on this website is general information about our supports. It isn't clinical, medical, financial or legal advice. It isn't advice about your own situation, because we don't know your situation until we talk to you.
Please don't rely on this website in place of advice from a qualified professional. Decisions about your supports, your health or your plan should be made with the right people involved, and with your NDIS plan in front of you.
We take reasonable care to keep the site accurate and current. We can't promise it's complete or free from error at every moment. Service descriptions, prices and availability all change over time.
NDIS funding, plans and eligibility
The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) decides who is eligible for the NDIS. It decides what goes into a plan and how much funding that plan holds. Those decisions sit with the NDIA, not with us.
Nothing on this website is a promise that you'll receive NDIS funding, plan approval or access to the scheme. Nothing here guarantees that a particular support will be funded under your plan. We can read your plan with you and explain what it already funds. That's information, and it isn't a decision.
Enquiries and starting supports
Sending us an enquiry doesn't create a service agreement, and it doesn't commit either of us to anything. When we get your enquiry, we'll talk through your goals and check whether we can staff what you need.
Capacity changes from week to week. We'll tell you honestly what we can staff and when. If we can take you on, we'll put a written service agreement in front of you. Supports start once that agreement is signed.
Cancellations and missed appointments
Cancellation terms sit in your service agreement, not on this page.
For NDIS supports, those terms follow the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. That's the pricing document published by the NDIA and updated from time to time. It sets the notice period and what a provider may charge when a support is cancelled at short notice or nobody is there for a booked shift.
Your service agreement states the notice we ask for and any charge that applies. Please read it before you sign. If a clause isn't clear, ask us and we'll walk you through it. For private services, the cancellation terms are set out in your written quote.
Private services outside the NDIS
We also provide private in-home care and nursing to people who fund it themselves. Before any private service starts, we'll give you a written quote. The quote sets out the service, the rate, any travel costs, and how and when we invoice you. Payment is due by the date shown on the invoice.
One thing to know: J&J Supports is not registered for Aged Care. We don't deliver Commonwealth Aged Care services or Home Care Packages, and nothing on this website should be read as an offer to do so. If that's what you need, tell us and we'll point you somewhere that can help.
Feedback and complaints
If something isn't right, tell us. You can call 1300 815 471 or email [email protected]. We'll acknowledge your complaint, look into it, and tell you what we found and what we're doing about it. Making a complaint won't affect the supports you receive.
You can also go outside J&J Supports at any time. You don't have to come to us first, and you don't need our permission.
- For anything to do with NDIS supports, contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission on 1800 035 544.
- For disability services funded by the Victorian Government rather than the NDIS, contact the Victorian Disability Services Commissioner on 1800 677 342.

Privacy and the limits of confidentiality
We handle your personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it and how we look after it.
We keep what you tell us confidential. The law puts limits on that, and we'd rather you knew them up front. We may need to share information without your consent when:
- someone is at risk of serious harm, including risk of harm to themselves
- we have obligations under Victorian child protection and child safety laws
- an incident has to be reported to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Incident Management and Reportable Incidents) Rules 2018
- a court, tribunal or subpoena requires it
- another law requires or allows the disclosure
Where we're able to, we'll tell you what we shared and why we shared it.
Intellectual property
Unless we say otherwise, everything on this website is owned by or licensed to J&J Supports Pty Ltd. That includes the text, graphics, logos, images, video and page layouts. It's protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You're welcome to view and print content for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please ask us in writing before you copy, republish or distribute it any other way.

This website may link to websites we don't run, such as the NDIS Commission or a government service. Those links are there for your convenience. We don't control what's on them, and we're not responsible for their content, their services or how they handle privacy. A link isn't an endorsement.
Website availability
We provide this website on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We can't promise it will always be online, uninterrupted or free from fault. To the extent the law allows, we exclude warranties that aren't set out in these Terms.
Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, J&J Supports Pty Ltd isn't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website, or from your inability to use it. This section is subject to the one below.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Some consumer guarantees can't be excluded by law. Those rights stand, whatever else these Terms say.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, and the date it was last updated sits at the top. Changes apply from the day we publish them. If you keep using the website after that, you accept the updated Terms.
We don't change a signed service agreement this way. Changes to a service agreement are made with you, in writing.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute about them is dealt with by the courts of Victoria, Australia.
