Starting with a new NDIS provider, step by step.
Here's what happens from your first call to your first shift. Whether you're new to the NDIS or moving from another provider, you'll know each step before it happens.
You can change worker any time What happens after you call us.
Moving from another provider? Usually changes overlap, so your current supports keep running while we get set up. We'll tell you what we need and when.
- 01
The first call
You'll get someone from our Dromana office, and if we miss you we'll call you back. We'll ask what support you need, which suburb you're in and which days matter most. Then we'll tell you honestly what we can staff, including if the answer is no.
- 02
A sit-down about your plan
Bring your NDIS plan and we'll read through it with you in plain English. We'll ask about your goals, your week and anything that hasn't worked before. If a support isn't funded in your plan, we'll say so.
- 03
Your agreement, then your workers
A service agreement sets out the supports, the hours and the cost before anything starts. Then we match you with workers from our local team, and you meet them before a shift starts. If someone isn't the right fit, say so, and we'll look at who else we can roster.
- 04
Support starts, and we stay close
You'll have a named contact and an agreed rhythm for updates, so they come to you. You can change worker, change your hours or stop at any time. It's your plan.
